Congressman John Delaney says he will introduce legislation this fall that would provide funding for a long-term highway bill at increased levels of investment. The Delaney bill would provide additional transportation revenue through international tax reform and provide a long-term solution to funding the Highway Trust Fund. The Sixth District Democrat Tuesday voted in favor of the Highway and Transportation Funding Act , but called that measure a temporary patch.
