WBAL reports that the Maryland Senate is delaying a confirmation vote for Governor Martin O'Malley's nominee to be the new Maryland State Police Superintendent until one senator finishes a review of a "personnel matter" related to the nominee Col. Marcus Brown. Prince George's County Democratic Senator Joanne Benson requested the delay, without offering specifics about her concerns
