State Senator George Edwards told the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce on Friday that the just completed 90 session of the Maryland General Assembly was one of the better one he has participated in. Speaking at the Chamber's annual legislative wrap up breakfast at the Cumberland Country Club Edwards says the state had seen its fiscal situation improve dramatically in the last two years largely due to the efforts of Govenor Larry Hogan.
