On 01.12.2016 at approximately 8:45PM Deputies of the Allegany County Sheriff's Office responded to a residence on McHenry Street in LaVale, MD. for a disturbance. While investigating the disturbance one of the parties that was being detained, 41 year old Jason Dull of LaVale, became disorderly, assaulted a deputy and resisted arrest. Dull was subsequently arrested and taken before a District Court Commissioner. He was charged with 2nd Degree Assault, Resisting Arrest and Failing to Obey a Lawful Order. Dull was ordered to be held on a $3,000 bail and taken to the Allegany County Detention Center.
