On February 3, 2012 the Cumberland Police Department served an Allegany County District Court Arrest Warrant on Randy Crites, age 50 of Cumberland. He was charged with two counts of Malicious Destruction of Property and two counts of Tampering with a Motor Vehicle. Johnson was taken to Cumberland Police Department for processing and then to Allegany County District Court Commissioner for an initial appearance. Johnson was held on a $2,000.00 bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
