The Mineral Tribune reports that Keyser City Police continue to untangle the details of a Monday-afternoon incident that was initially described on the scanner as an armed robbery, but police said Tuesday that no armed robbery occurred. A police spokesman said the scanner report of an armed robbery at or in the area near the 7-11 turned out to be misleading. The incident, which concluded with the arrest of at least one person, involves two subjects, police said, and the investigation remains ongoing into what actually transpired. Police said details about the incident will be released once the investigation is complete.
