Spilled diesel fuel from an unknown vehicle caused two mishaps Saturday morning on eastbound I-68 near the Johnson Street exit. One of the accidents involved a Cumberland City Police cruiser, which was clearing the scene and came upon the slick roadway, causing it to crash into the center median wall. The Interstate was shut down for about two hours as State Highway Administration crews cleaned up the spill.
