While working the Halloween Parade an officer was in the area of Grand Ave.and E. First St. when he was approached by several citizens who advised of a juvenile acting in a disorderly manner. The complainants advised that the juvenile was intoxicated, yelling at people saying the he wanted to fight people. The officer located the juvenile and observed him acting in the manner as he was told. The juvenile who was identified as a 16 year old male continued to act in this manner towards the officer. The officer detected the odor of alcohol on the juvenile who later admitted to drinking. The juvenile was placed under arrest and transported to PH where he was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Underage Possession of Alcohol. After he was processed he was released to the custody of his mother pending trial in Juvenile Court.
