On Saturday May 23, 2015, at 1:43 pm, Cumberland City Police Officers responded to a business on Howard Street in regards to an unruly patron. Investigation into this matter revealed that Todd Fisher, age 18 of Cumberland, entered the establishment and started arguing with employees. Fisher was directed by officers to leave but he continued to be disruptive towards staff members. Fisher was placed under arrest and was transported to the Cumberland City Police Department where he was processed and served. He was taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioner’s Office for a bond hearing and was held on a $3,000.00 bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

CHARGE: Fail to Obey, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest.
