On Wednesday, at approximately 8:35PM, Deputies from the Allegany County Sheriff's Office responded to 9 Asbury Ave for a reported disturbance between a man and a women. On arrival it was determined that Mr. Robert Lee Riggleman Jr (46 years old, LaVale) and his neighbor were outside arguing over an incident that took place. Mr. Riggleman was order several times to lower his voice to prevent a further disturbance, which he had refused. At this point, Deputies placed Mr.Riggleman under arrest without further incident.
As a result of the incident, Allegany County Sheriff's Deputies charged Mr. Riggleman with Disorderly Conduct and Failure to Obey a Lawful Order. Following an initial appearance at the District Court Commissioner's Office, Mr. Riggleman was released pending trial.
