On January 23 2014 officers from the Cumberland City Police Department responded to Vugatti's Bar and Grill located on Mechanic Street for a disturbance.  When officers arrived on the scene there were approximately 30 people standing on the sidewalk and parking lot next to the business.   While officers were on the scene they could hear a female later identified as Tamie Nicole Rider yelling and screaming.  Officers located Rider standing in front of the business screaming at one of the security guards.  Officers made contact with Rider and advised her to lower her voice.  Rider failed to obey the officer's orders and continued to yell using profane language.  Rider was eventually arrested and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department for processing.  Rider was released after being issued a criminal citation for disorderly conduct.
