City Police Officers responded to the 600blk of Maryland Ave in reference to subjects possibly involved in an altercation. Upon arrival Officers observed two subjects involved in a verbal altercation. One of the subjects was attempting to leave the area when 18 year old Keyshawn Perry of Cumberland began yelling and chasing after the other subject after being advised numerous times by Officers to stop. As a result Perry was placed under arrest and transported to CPD where he was issued a Maryland criminal citation for Fail to Obey a Lawful Order and released pending trial in District Court.
