A downtown business owner addressed the Cumberland Mayor and City Council urging that some steps be taken to improve security. Lisa Bocelli who owns a store on Baltimore Street told the city officials that her business has been vandalized three times and robbed twice- the most recent being this past Wednesday. While she says the city police department does a tremendous job- current staffing doesn’t simply doesn’t’ allow for heavy security downtown in the overnight hours…
