On October 25th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served and arrest warrant on Alyssa Tiana Tillery. The arrest warrant was issued by District Court when she failed to appear for her initial appearance on October 18th, 2019. Tillery was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center where she was released on her own recognizance.

Arrest Warrant Served
On October 25th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Robert Dexter Landers. The arrest warrant was issued by District Court due to Landers providing a false name, and date of birth to officers during their initial investigation. The officers later learned that Landers had provided them with false information and they completed an application for charges. Lambert was remanded to the Allegnay County Detention Center where he was released on his own recognizance.

CDS Arrest
On October 26th, 2019 a Cumberland Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on North Centre Street when they observed the driver throw an item from the vehicle. Contact was made with the driver and a female passenger, Aubrey Anne Strachan. A K-9 scan was conducted by an Allegany County Sherriff’s Deputy, which yielded a positive alert. After a subsequent search of the vehicle and its occupants numerous prescription drugs were located on Strachan’s person. Strachan was placed under arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center where she awaits her initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
