A Bowling Green couple was arrested Saturday on numerous drug charges. The Allegany County Sheriff’s Department and Maryland State Police arrived at Yuma Street at 4:20 pm for a reported armed breaking and entering. Police located a suspected marijuana growing operation and firearms. Charles David Grimm, Jr., age 44, and Sheri Ann Grimm, 47, were arrested and taken before a District Court Commissioner and held on bond. They were charged with manufacturing CDS, possession with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm while drug trafficking, possession of syringes, and possession of marijuana.
