On Saturday night at 11:36 the Cumberland Police and Fire Departments responded to the area of the Route 220 Park and Ride for a vehicle crash. A 1999 GMC pickup had driven over the embankment of the parking lot. The driver, 51 year old Leonard Yenchenko of Cumberland, was uninjured. Yenchenko was charged with DWI and negligent driving. He was released pending trial.
