On 10/28/12 at approximately 0635 hrs., Tfc. Spicer responded to the Sheetz in Corrganiville, for a possible drunk driver. Tfc. Spicer located the vehicle and driver who was identified as, Tabatha Louise Miller, W/F, age 34, Manns Choice, PA. Miller agreed to and failed all three of the standardized field sobriety tests. Miller was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs, processed and released by the Allegany County Commissioner on P.R.
