Allegany County Emergency Mangement reports that Interstate 68 westbound was closed for a brief period overnight near exit 41. Three vehicles involved and reports indicate the cause was a driver travelling in the wrong direction on 68 West, One person was trransported from the scene with injuries. Maryland State Police investigating. I-68 W re-opened at approximately 5 AM
