Time to cast an early ballot is drawing to a close this weekend. Early voting began October 24th and ends at 5 p.m. on Saturday. For absentee ballots, they must be postmarked by Election Day. According to reports by the secretary of the state's office, nearly 123,000 West Virginians already have cast early and absentee ballots for the general election- which accounts for roughly 10% of West Virginia voters.
