Another 384 people exercised their right to vote early in Allegany County Tuesday, bringing the total number to 1,940, which is just over 4.5% with today and tomorrow to go. Over 10% of those registered have early voted in Garrett County, and close to 7% in Washington County. Statewide, it’s over 11%.
