Just a few days remain is the 2012 session of the Maryland General Assembly- with the focus now squarely on the budget, income tax hikes and the proposed pension shift. While there have been some victories in the past 80 plus days for Governor Martin O’Malley- State Senator George Edwards tells WCBC News that it would be difficult to call the session a success when it comes to the administrations agenda.
