In July, Cumberland City Council candidate Mary Miltenberger filed a complaint with the Administrative Appeals Board alleging ethics violations against the mayor and city council and city administrator Jeff Rhodes. Miltenberger’s complaint focused on the city of Cumberland entering into real estate agreements with a local firm that employs Rhode’s wife. She believes there is a clear conflict of interest in those instances. Mayor Brian Grim reported this week that the charges have been dismissed…
Miltenberger told WCBC News that despite the ruling, she has no intentions of dropping the issue…
