Allegany County Board of Education President Robert Farrell tells WCBC News that the ongoing effort on the part of both current and former school board members to have Wayne Foote removed is becoming tiresome- and is clearly politically motivated. After the outgoing board voted at a late December meeting to approve a resolution asking the state to remove Foote from the board- former board members Laurie Marchini and Sara Beth Bittinger sent separate letters to the state detailing additional allegations.
