Police have identified the Keyser man who died Saturday morning in a head on collision on Route 220. Frederick Hartford Washington, Jr., 46, was pronounced dead at the scene of the 7:22 am crash near Rawlings. The driver of the other vehicle, Roger Lynn Huffman, 54, was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. Washington was killed when his vehicle crossed the center line and struck the Huffman vehicle.
