Cumberland Police identified Friday evening the pedestrian struck by a vehicle and killed at the intersection of Park and Harrison streets on Thursday.Warren Howard Prunier, 61, of Mason School Road, Oakland, was pronounced dead at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center following the 2:07 p.m. accident. City police said the crash investigation is ongoing and the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office crash reconstructionist was assisting. Attempts to contact Prunier’s next of kin was unsuccessful, police said. Anyone with information about the crash or Prunier is asked to call the Cumberland Police Department, 301-777-1600.
