Fayette County Man Killed In Accident

Pennsylvania State Police report that a Fayette County man was killed when his vehicle traveled off Cumberland Highway and struck a utility pole late Friday in Larimer Township. The Cumberland Times News reports Bryar Jacob Angelo, 25, of Normalville, died in the 11:29 p.m. accident, police said. He was thrown from the vehicle. Angelo was operating a 1998 Mercedes Benz MC-20 vehicle southbound in the 3000 block of Cumberland Highway when the vehicle traveled off the highway and shoulder and into a telephone pole, police said. Upon impact, the vehicle rolled several times before coming to rest on the west edge of the roadway. Police said Angelo was not wearing a seatbelt.
