Governor Martin O’Malley has requested a federal disaster declaration for Maryland due to all the recent flooding that has left serious damage to some areas in the state. WHAG reports back to back storms, Hurricane Irene and the remnants of Tropical Storm Lee, are to blame for leaving many under water.
