The 43rd annual PACE Reception was held in Annapolis Thursday evening and WCBC Radio spoke with Allegany County School Board President Robert Farrell. Farrell said the newly elected board has had a rocky start largely due to the previous board seeking the ouster of Wayne Foote in late December.
