Allegany County Board of Education member Wayne Foote tells WCBC News that he would be surprised if other teachers at Mountain Ridge High School were not aware of the inappropriate actions of a teacher there involving two teenage girls in the past few years. Foote, a longtime substitute teacher in the public school system, said that since the sexual misconduct of the teacher at the school was apparently well known in the community- it would seem highly unlikely faculty members and the administration would be unaware of the situation:
