WCBC broke the news Wednesday afternoon that the Maryland Historical Trust had approved nearly $2,000,000 in tax credits for the Footer Dye Works building project.
Colin Ingraham is the administrator for the tax credit program…
Ingraham says that if there are changes made to the project, the trust would have to approve of the amendments.
