Foote’s attorneys present arguments against judges ruling

September 27th, 2019 by WCBC Radio

The Cumberland Times News reports attorney’s for Wayne Foote have presented arguments against a judges ruling. IN a lengthy document obtained by the newspaper, his lawyers argue that the  judge “misunderstood key testimony,” and Wayne Foote should undergo “sensitivity training” and remain on the Allegany County Board of Education. Frederick-based attorneys Thomas E. Lynch III and Kelly E. Lynch — they are not related — filed with the Maryland State Board of Education objections to Administrative Law Judge Michael J. Wallace’s proposed decision that Foote should be removed from the local board.

Attorneys for the state, Karen Anderson-Scott and Christle Sheppard Southall — both from the Office of the Attorney General, have two weeks to review and respond to Foote’s objections, said Maryland State Department of Education Public Affairs Officer Samantha Foley via email. The state board will then hear oral arguments and issue a final decision once its brought in from of the board.

Wow, that’s a sure way to win an argument – claim the judge is an idiot. I’ll bet Trump tries the same theme when he is impeached.

Don’t fret ya’ll. If Foote is ultimately removed he will run again and I’m betting that he will win. What a county.
