Isn’t Carver a little far out of the grasp of the Canal Place Preservation and Development Authority? Surprised the CEDC with Kelley and Miller don’t get their fingers involved and mess things up like they always do!

A point of clarification; The Canal Place Preservation and Development Authority also oversees the Western Potomac Heritage area which is much larger than Canal Place. The heritage area involves locations all over Allegany county. Canal Place proper is just one small area within the greater heritage areas. So no, Carver is not a “little far out”.
