A political aide for former Maryland governor Bob Ehrlich was sentenced to 30 days of home detention Thursday for an Election Day conspiracy in which robocalls were used an effort to sway black voters. In addition, Paul Schurick was issued a one-year suspended sentence and ordered to serve 500 hours of community service in Prince George's County and Baltimore oiover four years of his probation.
