Former Frostburg Mayor William "Bill" Davis passed away Friday at the age of 81. Davis served many years as both a council member and mayor of Frostburg. A funeral service will held at Frostburg United Methodist Church on Monday with military honors accorded. The Durst Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
