It’s finally here. The 75th Anniversary Celebration of Fort Hill, sponsored by the school’s Scholarship Fund is being held Friday and Saturday. According to the website, the fund has already awarded twenty-thousand dollars in scholarships to Fort Hill graduates since its inception in 2008 and matched that amount into the endowment fund. All proceeds from this event will go into that endowment. The 75th Anniversary is a prime time for every class of Fort Hill graduates to meet, reminisce and be entertained. A commemorative program will be available at the event. Festivities begin at tonight’s After-Five event in downtown Cumberland.
