Forum Introduces Council Candidates

The Allegany County Chamber of Commerce and WCBC Radio sponsored a Cumberland City Council candidate forum Monday night at Allegany College of Maryland.  Six of the eight candidates participated with CareyWalker and Nick Dearcangelis not attending.  Four candidates will advance after the April 3 primary election to compete for two open council seats in November.  The candidates were asked to specify which was the higher priority:  the city employee or the city taxpayer?
