The sixth-seeded Frankfort Lady Falcons lost to the third-seeded Lady Panthers of Pike View High School in the West Virginia Class AA state quarterfinals by a score of 43-33, this morning in Charleston.
The Lady Panthers led 10-0 early in the first quarter almost holding The Lady Falcons scoreless. In the second quarter Frankfort was able to hold Pike View to only six points making the score 16-8 at the half.
The Lady Panters however proved to be too much for the Lady Falcons to overcome and were defeated 43-33. Leading the Lady Falcons in scoring was Saydi Whiteman .
