The Allegany County Sheriff's Department has released a report detailing Friday morning's accident near Fair Price Market in Westernport. Three people were taken to Western Maryland Health System for treatment after the four vehicle collision that was triggered when a tractor trailer driver apparently had a medical issue causing him to lose consciousness. The vehicles did contact a fuel pump, pinning a woman, but not causing an explosion. The Smith Transport rig was operated by David Kahl.
