A Friday morning traffic stop resulted in the arrest of a Frostburg man. Stephen Fisher, 25, was pulled over for speeding on Cherry Lane. A probable cause search revealed a small baggie of marijuana. Fisher was charged with possession of CDS and CDS paraphernalia. At the Allegany County Detention Center, a body cavity search revealed baggies of cocaine. Fisher was held on $25,000 bond.
