A 34 year old Frostburg man is being held without bond by authorities in Cecil County.
Germaine Wiggins is charged with holding two Ohio women, aged 36 and 25, against their will. The women are said to have told authorities that they met up with Wiggins in Ohio and were involved with prostitution and traveled with him to Virginia. They then allege they told Wiggins they wanted to leave, but he threatened to kill them.
Wiggins is also known as "Prince" and "Mack Luxury." He faces charges of two counts each of human trafficking/benefit financially, human trafficking/explicit perform, prostitution and kidnapping. Authorities say the investigation is continuing and additional charges are pending.
