Frostburg Police Busy During Shamrock Shuffle

On March 18, 2017, during and surrounding the Shamrock shuffle events, officers of the Frostburg Police Department responded to 64 calls for services.  The also issued 14 civil citations, 10 open containers, 2 public urinations, 2 underage possession of alcohol.  12 traffic stops were made, including 2 arrests for driving under the influence.  One person was detained and a criminal citation for disorderly conduct was issued. 

A hit and run accident was investigated on West Main Street at Water street when a black Toyota Tundra with a lift kit and large wheels and tires struck a pedestrian then fled the scene.  Anyone with informaiton about this incident is asked to contact the Frostburg City Police.
