A Frostburg woman is taking Allegany County to court in an effort to get a longtime family dog returned. Kayla Willison would often leave her pet German Sheppard with her Grandmother in LaVale anytime she would leave home. The dog however often times entered the neighbor’s property- the last time on Memorial Day weekend actually entering the home and causing damage. The dog ended up at the animal shelter, and the grandmother reports that efforts to get the dog back were rejected …
