FSU Hit By Widespread Graffiti

November 4th, 2011 by WCBC Radio

Frostburg State University and a nearby neighborhood were hit overnight by widespread graffiti, according to university police.  The crime involved anarchist symbolism and references to November 5th. WBAL reports that Frostburg University's police chief, Colonel Cindy Smith, and community police are asking students and residents to remain alert to anything suspicious throughout the weekend. Medcalf says she has heard little from students on the vandalism, but some faculty members have referenced the historical Guy Fawkes Day and the movie V For Vendetta.
