FSU Police Use Pepper Spray To Subdue Student

Frostburg State University officials have confirmed to WCBC News that campus police needed to use pepper spray to subdue an apparently intoxicated student during a "Late at Lane" event Saturday evening.

The student was charged with failure to obey a lawful order and disorderly conduct, along with an citation for underage consumption of alcohol.

The charges will be handled through Allegany County District Court, while the student also faces additional action through the Campus Judicial Board.
