Mary Jane Plummer, Frostburg State University’s Director of Cultural Events series is stepping down after close to two decades in that position. Appearing on WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show” to promote an upcoming event, Mrs. Plummer said that she will be stepping down at the end of the month- and plans to spend her retirement enjoying family time….
