Now that the Supreme Court has cleared the way for same-sex marriage in California and ruled that legally married same-sex couples should get the same federal benefits as heterosexual couples- Maryland Attorney General Doug Gansler says its time to move on. Maryland is one of twelve states and the District of Columbia where same sex marriage is legal. Gansler, expected to run for governor next year, says that the trends show that same sex marriage is becoming less and less of an issue for most people.
