Firefighters are battling a garage fire on Short 40 Road off Hinkle Road in the Baltimore Pike area.
First-arriving firefighters from Baltimore Pike reported the structure was "fully engulfed." The Cumberland Times News reports the blaze reportedly caught nearby brush on fire. Volunteers were dispatched to 15208 Short 40 Road NE about 2:45 p.m. Tuesday.
About 3:10 p.m., firefighters were called to Jared Drive in the Pinto trailer park for a reported mobile home fire. All of the occupants were reported out of the dwelling prior to the arrival of firefighters.
