On 4-5-13 shortly before 1900 hrs., Troopers were working speed/criminal enforcement on I. 68 near the 3mm.  At this time a 2009 Pontiac that was bearing PA registration was observed traveling 83mph in a posted 65mph zone.  A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle.  During the course of the traffic stop, a search of the vehicle was conducted after the smell of raw marihuana was detected.  The search revealed a prescription pill bottle containing suspected marihuana, a metal grinder used to prepare marihuana, and a electric vaporizer also used to prepare marihuana.  As a result of this recovery, arrested was Sean Michael Frazier, 19 yoa from Chesapeake Virginia.  Frazier was a passenger in the vehicle, and the sole subject arrested.  He was taken to the McHenry Barrack for processing and later presented to the District Court.
