The Garrett County Agriculture Fair opens today Aug. 1 and runs through August to 8, in McHenry. In addition to all the agricultural themed activites, the traditional thrill rides and special food will also be available. The fair will open on Saturday, Aug. 1, for entry day and tractor pulls, and on Sunday will be the annual fair queen contest. The rides will open on Monday at 11 a.m. A full schedule, with all featured performers, contests, and other events, can be found online at www.garrettcountyfair.org.
