Garrett County Sheriff's Deputies say they were forced to use a taser when a suspect in a domestic complaint resisted arrest.
The call was received from 815 Deer Park Avenue in Mountain Lake Park. 32 year old Seth Edwin Feather is said to have become unruly during the investigation, which led to charges of 2nd Degree Assault, Possession of CDS Paraphernalia, Possession of CDS Administering Equipment, and Resisting Arrest.
Feather was treated at Garrett County Memorial Hospital before being taken for his initial court appearance.
